With the increase in vaccination, students got back to school on the first day of the 2021-2022 academic year.
Minister of National Education Özer stated that education will continue through TRT EBA and EBA platform for students who cannot attend face-to-face education only because of an excuse.
Özer said, “We will never compromise on mask, distance and hygiene rules so that face-to-face education in schools is not disrupted once again. Our students, teachers and other education workers; They will come to school wearing masks. If our students and staff need a mask inside the school, our school administrations will provide free masks. The entrance and exit of the people other than the institution staff and students will be limited by the school administrations.
The first break of the term, which started with the ringing of the first bell on September 6, will be on November 15-19. Class hours will not be reduced and the education will continue as before the epidemic.
During the epidemic, parents and visitors will not be allowed to enter the school, including the school garden, as much as possible.
In obligatory cases, visitors will be provided to wear masks at the entrance of the school garden, and when there is no garden, from the outermost point. When the visitors need to be taken into the school, the HEPP code will be checked.
