Alanya Municipality will rent 12 immovables, including workplaces and recreation areas, which belong to itself. According to the announcement published on classified.gov.tr, Alanya Municipality has announced that it will lease 12 real estates, including Park Orman Restaurant, located in Mahmutsey Neighborhood, with the tender it will hold. With the tender to be held on September 23, 2021, commercial properties will be rented for 3 to 5 years.
